New York City-based global advertising agency Droga5 London has become the latest multinational creative business to establish its UK headquarters at Blackstone’s Devonshire Square, the five-acre central London office, retail and leisure campus.

The move completes a standout few years for the firm with the completion of its heavyweight leadership team led by Bill Scott, an enviable list of client wins including Secret Escapes and Danone and creative campaigns for the likes of SEAT, Hobbs and Rustlers.

Droga5 London has pre-let a 11,300 sq ft office space on the top floor of Devonshire Square’s 130,000 sq ft Spice Building to create a stylish home and support strong growth ambitions for 2017 which includes winning further global creative accounts and building on the partnerships with entertainment and media agencies WME and IMG.

Devonshire Square, located on the threshold between Liverpool Street station and Spitalfields, is undergoing a major transformation into a vibrant community set around a piazza style courtyard framed by warehouse buildings, bars, restaurants and shops.

Amid this setting sits a cluster of 18th Century, Grade II listed East India Company warehouses providing 630,000 sq ft of office accommodation, which Blackstone is redesigning and reconfiguring to provide a working environment to meet the demands of the discerning modern occupier.

Blackstone recently announced the 30,000 sq ft pre-let of the Pepper Store to Equinix, the world’s leading global interconnection and data centre company, while Scottish restaurant Mac & Wild have confirmed the opening of their second permanent restaurant in London, at Devonshire Square.

Droga5 were advised by Kushner.
